  1. MotionCore uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın
  2. Ayarlar → Hesabım → Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyin
  3. Onayladığınızda hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden redme.developer@gmail.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi en geç 7 gün içinde işleme alırız.

Silinen veriler

Hesap silindiğinde şunların tamamı kalıcı olarak kaldırılır:

  1. Profil bilgileri (ad, kullanıcı adı, cinsiyet, profil fotoğrafı)
  2. Vücut ölçümleri ve hedefler (yaş, boy, kilo, hedef kilo)
  3. Tüm antrenman kayıtları ve istatistikler
  4. Gönderdiğiniz hata bildirimleri
  5. Giriş bilgileri ve hesabın kendisi
Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Veriler anında silinir; yedek kopyalardan temizlenmesi en geç 30 gün sürer. Silme sonrasında hiçbir veri tutulmaz.

Hesabınızı silmeden veri silme talebi

Hesabınızı kapatmadan, verilerinizin yalnızca bir kısmının silinmesini de talep edebilirsiniz. Bunun için hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden redme.developer@gmail.com adresine "Veri Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğinizi belirtin.

Talep edebileceğiniz veriler:

  1. Antrenman kayıtları ve istatistikler (hesabınız ve profiliniz korunur)
  2. Vücut ölçümleri ve hedefler (yaş, boy, kilo, hedef kilo)
  3. Profil fotoğrafı
  4. Gönderdiğiniz hata bildirimleri
Talepler en geç 7 gün içinde işleme alınır. Silinen veriler geri getirilemez; yedeklerden temizlenmesi en geç 30 gün sürer. Hesabınız ve giriş bilgileriniz bu işlemden etkilenmez, uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.

MotionCore — Account Deletion Request

Delete from within the app (recommended — instant)

  1. Open the MotionCore app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings → My Account → Delete Account
  3. Once confirmed, your account and all data are permanently deleted

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" from the address registered to your account to redme.developer@gmail.com. We process requests within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

  1. Profile information (name, username, gender, profile photo)
  2. Body measurements and goals (age, height, weight, target weight)
  3. All workout records and statistics
  4. Bug reports you submitted
  5. Login credentials and the account itself
Deletion is irreversible. Data is removed immediately; purging from backups takes up to 30 days. No data is retained after deletion.

Request data deletion without deleting your account

You can also request deletion of only part of your data while keeping your account. Send an email titled "Data Deletion Request" from the address registered to your account to redme.developer@gmail.com, stating which data you want removed.

Data you can request to have deleted:

  1. Workout records and statistics (your account and profile are kept)
  2. Body measurements and goals (age, height, weight, target weight)
  3. Profile photo
  4. Bug reports you submitted
Requests are processed within 7 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered; purging from backups takes up to 30 days. Your account and login credentials are not affected and you can keep using the app.
